Born to an American mother and Belizean father. Both parents were military, so I’ve seen different parts of the world. Belize 🇧🇿 is a nation on the eastern coast of Central America. it’s bordered by Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. Raise on Southern Soul-food, Married to a St. Thomian! So our food is a great mash up of both families.
